Je to nordic walking, ur\u010dit\u011b je tohle zn\u00e1te. Babi\u010dka tohle m\u00e1 r\u00e1da a m\u011b t\u011b\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee se tak\u00e9 na\u0161la v n\u011bjak\u00e9m sportu. A to bylo hlavn\u011b kv\u016fli tomu, \u017ee jej\u00ed sousedka, kter\u00e1 je sice o \u0161est\u00a0let mlad\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e babi\u010dka, tak tento sport d\u011bl\u00e1 tak\u00e9. Ka\u017ed\u00fd den si\u00a0v\u017edycky na dv\u011b\u00a0hodiny n\u011bkam vyjdou. Sednou si u rybn\u00edku, daj\u00ed si tam k\u00e1vu anebo nealkoholick\u00e9 pivo a potom jdou zp\u00e1tky dom\u016f. Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee takhle to je prima pro star\u0161\u00ed lidi. Je to skv\u011bl\u00e9, \u017ee alespo\u0148 nemus\u00ed sed\u011bt st\u00e1le doma a nic ned\u011blat.Je nejlep\u0161\u00ed, kdy\u017e sta\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 si tak\u00e9 najdou n\u011bjakou z\u00e1bavn\u00ed sportovn\u00ed aktivitu, proto\u017ee kdy\u017e lid\u00e9 budou sportovat a tak\u00e9 se n\u011b\u010d\u00edm zabav\u00ed, tak to je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 dobr\u00e9 pro jejich psychiku. J\u00e1 m\u00e1m tak\u00e9 r\u00e1da sport, ale ne rychlou ch\u016fzi. Ale nejrad\u011bji pr\u00e1v\u011b plavu anebo hlavn\u011b jezd\u00edm na kole. Po\u0159\u00eddila jsem si elektrokolo, jezd\u00edm toti\u017e opravdu na dlouh\u00e9 v\u00fdlety. Sice nem\u00e1m st\u00e1le zapl\u00e9 elektrokolo, tak\u017ee n\u011bkdy si i po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b m\u00e1knu, ale kdy\u017e t\u0159eba u\u017e jsem unaven\u00e1 a chci se rychle dostat dom\u016f, tak samoz\u0159ejm\u011b \u017ee si elektrokolo zapnu, abych byla doma rychleji. Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee nejsem jedin\u00e1, kdo to takhle d\u011bl\u00e1.
